This is a brief introduction to what Stormdriver is, how it works, and presentation of results we've had with large installations of Spinnaker. Stormdriver is a Clouddriver aggregator, which allows Clouddrivers to be split into shards in various ways without changing the base Spinnaker code, and only requiring minor configuration changes. At OpsMx, we've deployed Stormdriver in several large customer sites, and the findings will be presented as a quick summary, dealing with memory footprint, reliability, and scalability of customers with many AWS or Kubernetes accounts. Note: I marked this as "already given" because it repeats some of the content (what Stormdriver is and where it fits) but half is new (the scalability results).
I've been at OpsMx for around four years, working on making CI/CD easier, faster, and safer. I've spoken at several other Spinnaker Conferences, IETF meetings, and a handful of others.
